Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer delivery services exclusively within Australia. For all orders totalling $250 or more, we provide free standard delivery as our way of saying thank you. For orders under $250, a standard delivery fee of $12.50 applies. If you need your items sooner, we also offer an express delivery option for just $14.95, ensuring your order arrives quickly and efficiently. During sale periods, please note that we may experience delays in dispatching orders due to high demand. Delivery times are estimated from the time of dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

The Suit Company uses third-party couriers such as Australia Post, DHL or Startrack. Delivery times after dispatch are subject to the policies of these third-party courier services, unfortunately outside of our control. All delivery time frames are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer refunds, exchanges, and credit notes on all full-priced products. If you wish to return a sale item, we offer a credit note or exchange. Products need to be returned in their original condition with tags attached, no alterations or personalisation, within 30 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds or change of mind on any made-to-measure items.
